STAIR STEPS MEASTEP XSL – LIGHT, STABLE, SAFE!
MEASTEP XSL – WHAT’S BEHIND!
The name of the best-selling staircase steps is at the same time a whole range. The abbreviation XSL stands for:
X = safe, thanks to the new load-bearing structure (slip resistance class R11; R13 possible)
S = stable, load capacity according to standards
L = light, the same load-bearing bars for all dimensions, resulting in a lower weight and simpler assembly of the stair grilles
Production is carried out in accordance with DIN 24531-1, with a double perforated safety edge and standard hole screw-in stringers.
FUNCTIONAL WITH A CLEAR DESIGN
The innovative MEASTEP XSL program for steps, platforms, and intermediate platforms combines safety, stability, and low weight. Through a newly designed load-bearing structure, a clear and attractive design is achieved. Another reason why the responsible architects at the University of Vienna campus decided on MEASTEP XSL steps as an visually attractive solution, with a uniform, aligned appearance of the mesh.
STABLE STAIRS WITH PERFECT LOAD DISTRIBUTION
MEA’s high-quality production ensures stability and optimal load distribution. The non-load-bearing bars of the MEASTEP steps are pressed under high pressure into the load-bearing bars equipped with slots. The high pressure and the shape of the slot on the load-bearing bars ensure a very stable grille, resistant to torsion. The crossed load-bearing and non-load-bearing bars press into each other, optimally distributing point and surface loads.
