Crafted from steel S 235 JR, this welded steel grating is designed for both industrial and residential applications. It undergoes total immersion galvanization, providing superior protection against corrosion. The electro-forged SP type grating is edged with a flat band, featuring a total height of 30 mm, a length of 1000 mm, and varying widths to meet specific requirements. Load dimensioning is capped at the maximum deflection of 1/200 of the free pitch, not exceeding 4 mm.
A structure incorporating the welded steel grill SP mesh 34/38 mm is exceptionally durable and solid. This is achieved through the welding process, where all intersection points of the threaded bars with the load-bearing bars are fused. High pressure applied during manufacturing results in the square-bored bars being firmly pressed in a single cycle against non-grooved bars. The electroforging process involves a substantial current passing through the load-bearing and non-load-bearing bolted bars, causing local melting at their intersection and embedding the bolted bar into the load-bearing one. The outcome is a stable, resilient, flat, and compact structure with optimal load distribution.
